Getting started
How fast is my server ready?
Most services are set up automatically within 60 seconds after payment. You get an e-mail and the server appears in your control panel right away.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card payments, BLIK, PayPal and bank transfer. Prices on the site are monthly and include VAT for customers in the EU.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes. You can move to a bigger or smaller plan in the same category at any time; the price difference is calculated for the days left in your billing period.
Do you offer a free trial?
We offer a 48-hour refund window on your first order instead of a trial, so you test on full hardware with no limits.
Servers and performance
What hardware do you use?
Current-generation high-clock CPUs, DDR5 memory and NVMe SSD storage in data centres in the European Union.
Can I install mods and plugins on Minecraft?
Yes. Paper, Purpur, Fabric, Forge and NeoForge are one click away, and the panel includes a plugin and modpack installer.
Do I get full root access on a VPS?
Yes. Every VPS comes with full root access, your choice of Linux distribution and a dedicated IPv4 address.
How do backups work?
Game and bot servers have automatic daily backups you can restore in one click. VPS plans include snapshots you can create from the panel.
Security and protection
Is DDoS protection included?
Yes, on every plan at no extra cost. Traffic is filtered at the network edge (L3/L4) and by game-aware rules (L7) before it reaches your server.
Can I enable two-factor authentication?
Yes, the control panel supports authenticator apps and passkeys for your account.
Billing and support
How do I contact support?
Join our Discord server or use the contact form. We answer 24/7 and most questions are handled within 15 minutes.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Plans are billed monthly with no long-term contract; cancel from the panel and your service runs until the end of the paid period.
Do you have discount codes?
