Privacy Policy

1. Controller
The controller of your personal data is [Company name], [address], [registration / VAT number]. Contact for privacy matters: [email protected].
2. What we collect and why
This website has no user accounts. We process personal data when you contact us and, in a minimal form, to count visits:
| Data | Purpose | Legal basis (GDPR) |
|---|---|---|
| Name, e-mail, message | Answering your message | Art. 6(1)(a) – consent |
| IP address (as a keyed hash) | Spam and abuse prevention | Art. 6(1)(f) – legitimate interest |
| Anonymous visit statistics | Website usage statistics | Art. 6(1)(f) – legitimate interest |
| Google Analytics (only after consent) | Website usage statistics | Art. 6(1)(a) – consent |
Your hosting account and orders are handled in our client panel, which has its own terms of processing described there.
3. How we protect it
Messages are stored encrypted, only our support team can read them, and the website is served over HTTPS. IP addresses are never stored in plain text.
4. How long we keep it
- Contact messages: up to 12 months after the conversation ends.
- Anti-spam entries: up to 24 hours.
- Visit statistics: up to 400 days. They contain no IP address and cannot be linked to you.
5. Who receives it
We do not sell your data. We share it only with providers we need to run the service – hosting and data centre partners in the EU, payment providers and accounting – under data processing agreements. Data is kept in the European Union. If you accept Google Analytics, Google Ireland Ltd also receives usage data; Google may process it in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
6. Cookies and statistics
Our own visit statistics (pages viewed, time on page, referring site, device type, browser and country) are cookieless: they do not set cookies or use local storage. To tell visits apart we compute an anonymised identifier – a hash of your IP address and browser together with a secret key that changes every day – so the same visitor cannot be recognised on another day. The IP address itself is never stored. We use these statistics only to see how the website is used, based on our legitimate interest.
Your cookie choice is remembered in the necessary cookie kingops_consent, which stores only that choice and expires after 12 months.
Google Analytics is loaded only if you click "Accept all" or switch on analytics cookies in the banner settings; only then does it set its cookies. If you reject it, nothing is loaded. You can change your choice at any time.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete and export your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
8. Changes
We will publish any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above.
